    What method of payments do you accept?

    • We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

    When will my order be shipped?

    • We make, package, and ship all orders by Thursday of each week. If you place an order on a Monday, it will more than likely be shipped out by the upcoming Thursday. That being said, if we are at an event (i.e. SEMA, Subiefest, Rocky Mountain Subaru Festival), orders will be sent out as soon as possible once we return home.

    Local Pickup Shipping Option (Utah Orders Only)

    • If you selected Local Pickup as an option for shipping, that means you are in the Utah area. We are located in the Salt Lake valley, so if you are not near there and are not willing to drive to us, please do not choose this option.
    • We will work with you via email and/or phone to see when and where would be the best to meet up with you to get you your order.
    • If you are unable to meet with us to get your order, we will need to charge you for shipping and then we will send the order out.
    • ***We are not able to deliver your order to you.***

    Where's my tracking?

    • We provide tracking on all orders EXCEPT ones with the sticker flat rate. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order status, please feel free to email us and we will let you know what's up!

      My order didn't show up. What do I do?

      • If you selected Sticker Flat Rate as the shipping method and your sticker doesn't show up, you are responsible to contact and open a dispute with USPS. There is no insurance on packages with that shipping option. If you are unsuccessful with the USPS, you will need to re-order.
      • If you selected any shipping method other than Sticker Flat Rate, please notify us if your shipment says delivered and you do not have it AFTER you have waited 48 hours after the time it says it was delivered and AFTER you have asked other individuals in your household and your neighborhood. Sometimes the postal service will mark a package as delivered and then not deliver it until the next day. It is also possible that a neighbor, roommate, or family member received the package on your behalf.

      What is your return or exchange policy?

      • All sales are final. If there is a defect with the item you received, please send us an email describing the issue and photo proof of the item's condition and we'll work with you. WITHOUT PHOTO EVIDENCE, WE CANNOT RESEND ANY ORDERS.

      ***Can I make changes to my order after I've paid?***

      • P L E A S E double check your shipping information and the items in your cart before checking out. Once your order is placed, you will not be able to update any of those details. If you entered an improper address, please use contact us ASAP with your order number and updated shipping information. Once the order is shipped, we cannot update your address. 
      • If your order has shipped and your address is incorrect, it might return to us and we will contact you for the correct address and resend it. If it does not return to us and the order gets delivered to the incorrect address, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and not resend your order.

      Do you price match?

      • We most definitely do! You must provide proof of pricing (a link to the product is best as screenshots can be altered).
      • We will not price match to websites like eBay or Craigslist.

      I have a discount code, how do I use it?

      • Once you have added all of your products to the cart, you may enter a single discount code in the field labeled "discount code" and then click "update total" or "apply".
