Shipping

Processing Time-Frame:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for any given order to be processed, with an additional 1-4 business days during high volume sale periods (i.e. new item releases).

Delivery Time-Frame:

We ship from Utah in the United States so orders shipped outside of the USA can take longer due to customs.

Here is an estimated guideline of shipping times provided by our Post Office:

United States: 2-7 business days
Canada: 7-15 business days
International: 15-25 business days

Rumble Bros, LLC is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. Buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Tracking

Tracking is not offered for smaller items such as key tags, stickers, or key chains. For our bigger items (t-shirts, banners and parts) we will provide you with a tracking number.

Returns

All sales are final. Please carefully review your order and verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase. That being said, if the goods arrive damaged shoot us an email and we’ll happily replace it for you.

Discount codes are not applicable to all products and can be expired at any time.

Inventory

Everything in stock is subject to availability if we say we’ve got it in stock chances are we do. There are times, however, when demand exceeds supply and certain items will be sold out. When this happens we will contact you and let you know when the item will restock.

Tracking says "successfully delivered" but I have not received my order.

There are 3 likely scenarios:

  1. The shipping address provided to us was incorrect. Please check the address you've provided in the order confirmation email. If it is found incorrect there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.
  2. The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
  3. What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 business days after the expected arrival date and your shipping address was entered correctly, let us know and we will file a trace with United States Postal Service.

  • If a trace is filed, the United States Postal Service will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete).
  • If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later.
  • If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 business days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with the United States Postal Service.

If a trace is filed, the United States Postal Service will conduct an investigation (which can take 3 weeks to complete).

  • If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later.
  • If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a replacement package, free of charge.
  • If a package tracking says it's “delivered” there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.
